Formulated Pretreatment Concentrate for Textile Digital Printing

PrintRite? DP 316 is a formulated, concentrated, water-borne, pretreatment for water-based pigment ink digital printing on cotton and cotton-polyester blends. Once applied it provides an invisible finish with minimal impact on original fabric handle. Supplied at approximately 20% solids (by weight) it is diluted with DI water (typically 4:1) prior to use. It is the concentrated version of PrintRite? DP 306 (which is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid at 4.5% solids (by weight)). After dilution, PrintRite? DP 316 is designed to be applied via spraying or padding to light colored cotton, polyester or cotton polyester blend fabrics which are subsequently used for wide format, roll-to-roll, direct-to-textile digital printing using water based pigment inkjet inks.
