The Brexit transition period ended on 31st December 2020 and as such Great Britain (GB) is no longer part of the European Union.
Substances, either manufactured or imported into GB, in quantities equal to or greater than 1 metric tonne per year, must in future be either registered or notified according to UK REACH, unless the substance is exempt.
Substances within 188bet金宝博products that are sourced from 188bet金宝博GB plants have been either registered or notified by 188bet金宝博Limited or by another company up in the GB supply chain in accordance with initial UK REACH transitional requirements. You can be assured therefore that products sourced from our GB plants are in conformity with UK REACH and continue to be available to you.
If your company receives a 188bet金宝博product directly from a 188bet金宝博plant based outside of GB and you have entered into an Only Representative (OR) agreement with Lubrizol, subject to the terms and conditions therein, all relevant substances are also in compliance with the UK REACH requirements.
If your company plans to export a 188bet金宝博product to GB, either such or as part of your own company's product, please contact UKReachonlyrep@Lubrizol.com to discuss the practicalities of 188bet金宝博providing assistance to support import of the 188bet金宝博product into GB.
Currently, we do not envisage disruption to supply of 188bet金宝博products as the result of the new requirements of UK REACH. If we decide not to support a 188bet金宝博product in the future, we are committed to inform customers at the earliest opportunity.
